That's what you, I, and most of the people here would do. That's the smart thing to do. California is like your typical poor American. If you give them money all they know how to do is spend it. If they are allowed to borrow money, they don't stop to think how they are going to pay it back. They only think of the things they are going to do with the money.

It's the mindset of the poor, and politicians have it down cold.
