RB how about 22 Million shares with 9 million (40%) being IPO'd giving a stock price at $13 nicer for an IPO to me. Keeps the $9 to FTEL the same though. Glad my math was right.

Raleigh, I think we need Helen to clear up the FNet IPO pricing issue. Earlier this year there were 20 million FNet shares, with Franklin having 15.8 million shares and insiders 4.2 million. Then they PP'd roughly 5 million shares, bringing the total to about 25 million now.

In order to IPO 22 million shares and retain 60% control they would have to issue a considerable amount of additional stock to themselves as well. Doesn't make sense.

When Frank said that they will raise 120 million, that probably includes subtracting the underwriter's split of the take (maybe 10%-20%?) which would make the IPO $ 6.

The $ 5.50 to $ 6 per share also greatly conflicts with the recently reaffirmed Presidential message that had the following statement:

"4.Raise $100,000,000 via a public offering of FNet at a pricing range of $10 to $15 per share to grow the operation and deploy the FDVS in 25+ countries. In Preparation

I suspect that there is something we are missing in Frank's statement tonight that we need to clear this up. I'll take that $ 5.50 but I like Martin's $ 13 estimate better.

Helen, Help!!!
