Curious.. Can a state actually legalize pot ? Isn't that clout at Federal level ?

I think they should have a method of 100% certainty of saying a person is a legal documented worker. Then anyone employing an undocumented worker would be subject to severe penalties.

It really bothers me to have a huge amount of business being done off the books. These workers are draining taxpayers with social services while business owners reap the profits.
