That sounds like a real blast....I used to "fish" my son out of the river in Yellowstone, pitch him up on the bank and he would take off running up river a 100 feet or so and jump back in....he was under 2 1/2 at the time and swimming wasn't in his vocabulary yet, but the current was fast enough and he managed.

I had to pack him out of there on my shoulders to break the cycle....grin
