blogs.tnr.com This is funny. This guy, who likes Sotomayer and feels that she'll support the right values---that is liberal---doesn't think her biography is important. BO's personal story was surely a significant part of his campaign. Sotomayer herself regards her story as something of utmost importance to her quality as a judge. In fact, she says it is what causes her judicial opinions to be better than the judicial opinions of white men. The blogger obviously sees the writing on the wall vis a vis Sotomayer's comments regarding herself and white men. He knows such comments don't sound right and are hard to justify in a palatable way.
