Obama has committed more troops to Afghanistan, is that the fault of the people being sent? Do you honestly believe those people want to go? Most members of our military have no say in where they are stationed or what task they are assigned. They are good people who sacrifice their own comfort and safety every day, so that others don't have to. Don't bother to respond or apologize. Not everyone is capable of understanding, and this seems to be your case. I'm sure it's society's fault, somehow. Disclosure: It is my personal belief that the political decision for operations against both Iraq and Afghanistan was wrong.
