I've encountered quite a few printouts of electronic records which were more or less incomprehensible - to a human mind, anyway.. I posted something the other day to that effect that no Doctor can rely on medical records for diagnosing and treatment. They are just too limited by the input. Too much "GIGO." My HMO, Kaiser, does as good a job as can be done, but the Doctors still have to review with me. If I come in unable to communicate, they will not trust them.
