Wish that were true, but it isn't. If they could calculate, they would understand you can't raise any kids on zero income.

Unfortunately Obama's stimulus bill reverses the welfare reform system to which the Clinton Administration signed on. If a state accepts the money they can no longer insist a recipient seeks work.
