It is a hired jeep but he never asked for the registration certificate. They don't have a computer registry at the "Department of Unjust Fines" it just goes in a big pile of driver's licenses. Sometimes they will remove the plate of the vehicle - if he would have done that I would have been forced to fork over some cash. I will have to make some fake plates when I come back next month. On both sides of the airport there is always speed traps because highway robbers know people going to the airport don't usually have a lot of time.
