Good point. I wouldn't want my name associated with jimmy-jacking state employee benefits. But reality must intercede at some point, and I have no doubt California will default on it's obligations. It really is the only solution.

And I have no desire to repeal Prop. 13, My only point here was to understand the basis for believing home prices would "tank" if it were repealed. Looks like you made some smart financial choices.
