Dude, when are you going to figure out that I'm not even reading your posts? I will say though that if you were in my Econ101 class I'd have to give you a C-. You're not thinking like an economist, plus you're a little delusional to think Econ101 prepares you to do public policy analysis at this scale. Of course, I'd be a little worried about how you might react, so maybe I'd give you a B- just to ensure my own safety.
