Patricia, and the special interest unions still push the line that they are under paid government workers.

they are not. teachers are making hourly rates equivalent to engineers - and engineers can't have half of all their bridges dropping out and maintain their pay.

and then there is the pension, which most engineers not only don't get, but they have to fund the teacher pensions.

the special interests have run wild during this bubble.

revolution will likely follow as these greed bags have no concept of "enough is enough."

What does the "city clerk" do and how big is your city ?

Just because the title says "clerk" doesn't mean they don't supervise a staff of 35 people and 1.2 million IT budget and and process 20,000 transaction a year.
