How so? In your own words: We have worked to build the Iraqi infrastructure. They're economy should rebound on it's own once a relatively stable and secure society is operating. Their economy has a surplus. How would that have occurred if their economy had not rebounded? And in the meantime what has happened to the US economy. How many people in the US are out of work. GM bankruptcy says it all. Maybe we should have the Iraqis give GM 40 billion from their surplus. Bush, whose birth certificate says he was born in the US, was more a President of Iraq than a President of US.
