Hmm. i will have to rethink it. I liked bork but thought him out of the mainstream. Who with creds on the left do you think is out of the mainstream. Did you support all clinton appointees? I will give you credit for being fair on this one, because i used boies and tribe as strawmen expecting an inode type discourse on why they were not accepatable.

actually i wonder what dems would do to Ted Olson. If you say yes to tribe and boies, libs should say yes to ted olson. I am curious as to the responses from both left and right to these three.
