He doesn't. But it's good for the government to pay for railroads. Whether we need them or not.

I just got word from my Congresswoman, Cathy McMorris-Rodgers, that we now need enhanced identification or a passport to travel to Canada and back.

Right.

Same logic that says 90 percent of Mexican guns get smuggled from the US. Make the law-abiding pay.
