Yup. But the folks that have been taxed (along with the locals who use the stuff) were the ones that created products/performed services in return for something with disappearing value... so the whole world has been taxed by the US as reflected in the US standard of living.

Also true.

So this is the epoch of change in world financial system. SOMETHING will replace this one, as this is clearly unsatisfactory.

Which is why TJ has been pounding on precious metals... as the exact shape of the future system is unknown... but there is a fair possibility it might incorporate a reference to gold, silver, platinum, palladium, oil, ag, etc...
