First because terrorism encompasses more entities than those directly responsible for 911 and secondly because there have been numerous examples of terrorist attacks in Iraq. Religious: This is a war on terrorism and not a "Crusade" .... I agree. At least it should not be equated to the Christian Crusades of antiquity. "The war on terror should not be against or for any faith. Terror knows no religion. Look at Red Army, Bader Meinhof and IRA. They are not Islamic." I absolutely agree with this viewpoint. Terrorism is a maladaptive approach to dealing with frustration, which has been exploited by self serving radicals from various backgrounds.
