Shorts - you seem rather confused in your attempts to "cut the cheese." I believe that in "cutting the cheese," your frustration shows and the smell emanates.

Did you read my post? I don't believe we are talking about the same topic. For your convenience, here is the link.

Message 25686854

As your post really makes no sense, I'll try to interpret and answer. I realize that you claim to be outside the US. However, you must understand that your expression of someone's guilt is a conclusion, an opinion, which has very little value. In this country, someone is presumed innocent and guilt is determined beyond a reasonable doubt. I can't defend Matt against any allegations because I don't know the facts. However, I do know that as little as I know, I know more than you, or at least your posts prove that you know very little about anything. Spewing does not create opinions of value. In other words, the more you say, the less you say. Quantity of posts does not create quality of posts. You apparently read but do not comprehend. You listen but do not hear.

As for Matt's guilt or innocence, are you a judge? If so, please post your credentials and on which bench you sit. Perhaps you may have taken the hypocritical oath, but that probably relates to your medical credentials LOL.

Irrespective of your judgment, ahead of any trial, how does Matt's actions, or the accusations, eliminate theories with respect to naked shorting, fails to deliver, manipulative shorting, etc.?

Do you even know the subject matter?

From what I've seen, the claims involve some pink stocks. If you actually read my post to you, you'd see that I have discussed often how NSS is probably not the issue with respect to pinkies and sub-penny stocks. How many ways can I say that?

In your haste to be Matt's judge, jury and executioner, and to make some type of illogical conclusion, you seem to have failed in reading and comprehension skills. Are you frustrated?

I hope you are ok. Perhaps a quick look at your hypocritical oath and values will help you come to your senses and your posts will come close to being logical. I won't be holding my breath.

Take a look at my board on naked shorting, manipulative shorting, fails to deliver, hedge funds, etc., and show me a post about which you wish to discuss. I'm happy to discuss these things with you. I don't have the time to read the 1000's of posts on the board you seem to be jumping around like the proverbial chicken with its head cut off and then take the time and form a compelling opinion, without pre-judging someone's guilt, as you seem to have done.

Tell me shorts, have you or anyone in your family ever been accused of anything? How would you like to be judged "guilty" on a message board by a rambling, illogical poster, often with an agenda, often with hurt feelings against his target? What would your reaction be? I would think you would be the first in line to protect the rights of those who are accused against those who are so quick to pre-judge, call names, gossip and post rumors. In fact, I seem to remember that this happened and you were quite appropriately angered when this happened to you and your family. I would think you would extend similar courtesy to others who are targets of cowardly attacks, rumors, name-calling, accusations, etc., as you wished extended to you and your family.

Happy trading.

ROFLMAO

Shorts - is this you giving financial advice? Can you express any opinion as to the trends of the Ukrainian currency as compared to the US dollar? Would that affect the final return to those whom you advise to invest as follows? I.e., should you disclose the risks to the Ukranian currency?

Paulie well in that case they picked the wrong country? I could of told them that!

RE:accounts were created due to a lack of faith in the current U.S. banking system. I think they're paying 5% on Xmas Club accounts over there.

If they would of come to me for advise I could have instructed them to open accounts in the UKRAINE where those Christmas clubs (thats Orthadox Christmas so you have to wait for January 7th for maturity withdrawl) are paying 18%.... That is no LIE either!

Shorts - you wrote this in the previously quoted post as "investment advice" apparently, on IHub:

Not only that the Ukraine unlike Hong Kong doesn't give a ratzzz Azzzz about reporting anything back to the good ole USA!

Are you suggesting that people should invest in the Ukraine and that one of the benefits is that they can evade US income taxes? Or was your comment some sort of advice with respect to money laundering?

Is that really what you want us to take as YOUR investment (or other) advice?

Remember this is what YOU wrote in your post:

If they would of [sic]come to me for advise [sic]I could have instructed them . . . .

ROFLMAO

Happy Trading!!

sandintheshorts aka shortsinthesand aka aliasbydesign - Could this part of your previously quoted post be applied to your own self-described investment advice?

Those slugs were thinking with the slim on their brain walls don't you think!

Do you really want to be publicly posting advice with respect to income tax evasion and money laundering?

From YOUR post:

Not only that the Ukraine unlike Hong Kong doesn't give a ratzzz Azzzz about reporting anything back to the good ole USA!
