I roughly know what has happened with the S&P recently. Your chart gives more detail on that but doesn't make your argument for you. It doesn't show a move that could be categorized as " the most extreme and specifically timed moves", Its a strong move up, but not, "off like a light switch was flipped to launch the rocket". And even if the move up is more extreme how much that could be tied in to the stimulus would still be an open question. You would have to know the result of the counterfactual that the stimulus was never passed, than you can compare the two, but of course we can never know that.
