that is a nonsensical racist remark. counterproductive of any agenda to elevate Brasil above its own racist kleptocratic past. you've often pointed out how Brzl is becoming this or that with respect to Brzls comparative advantage....and yet, its leadership has no Holistic view of the world outside of its own projective identification. pack him up...with the other compartmentalists.
