Not true. Of course he can sell his house, and do it tomorrow if he chose. I'd pay half a million cash and I'm sure many would offer significantly more. Everything sells at "no reserve" auction.

Sheesh, doesn't even the Secretary of Treasury understand simple market economics? No wonder the US is in trouble.
