I neglected to mention that BO only comes down on those over whom he has some power. He is trying to buy the Arabs and Muslims but is trying to control Israel through withdrawal of financial support and needed hardware.

At home, he threatens anyone who refuses to do his bidding, but he won't threaten the worst dictators and enemies of this country.

He does what Little Tyrants do.
