PF, Re: Intel Virgins ---- Listen Up

You are really new here. For those long time Intel
believers, they never get scared by this short term
price flip-flop.

While I might not follow Paul Engel's investment
philosophy, I valued his comment and insight about
Intel's business very much.

And I have seen PF (the name may be different
but the style is almost exactly the same) come and
go a number of times during the past 18 months or so.

Gary

Dear mosquito brain...since u're a trader, u can't

appreciate my "investment" philosophy.

and yes i listen to Sir Paul, Jules Caesar, Ibexx,
Diamond Jim, Big John, K.Aloha. and the many generous
others who sshare their opinions on this thread.

my wish is for u to do better.

but then again, u could be a stock tout?

hehehe...

Paul:

Intc at 79.5, up 4.50. Have you covered your short yet? Do you put in a stop price on your shorts and then adjust it down if the stock moves in your favor?

This is an honest inquiry. If you've been short you have obviously done well. I have never shorted a stock and I believe there are lots of better candidates than Intel. However, I'd like to know the process you go through.

One thing that scares me is that I wanted to buy a particular stock today because I knew the selling was overblown. Could not get into e-schwab, could not get through on the phone. Hard to be nimble when you're shut out of a market. Do you have tactics for dealing with this kind of gridlock?
