You are ignoring the main point of Paul's response to your post of disbelief regarding the GOM shallow water drillers, I believe. He confronted your statement that these drillers, esp. ESV, were over priced at the March, '09 lows. He based his opinion on some reasonable, verifiable fundamentals that existed at that time, whereas your original post obviously lacked such validation....simply an off the wall unsupported personal opinion stated as accepted fact.

And now in this post, you answer as though the differences of opinion deal with the current conditions affecting these drillers. Hopefully this reminder should bring out a response from you admitting your error and then followed by a more careful explanation as to why ESV and its ilk WERE overpriced during the March lows....a claim disputed by Paul's considerately expressed post.

Back to my little hole in the 'Net, studiously lurking to expose misleading posts, whether careless or intentional, for the benefit of all the good people following this great board. And, yep....still waiting for a more normal market (will there EVER again be such a thing so long as this current administration reigns with its Socialistic governance agenda.?) Am jealously guarding most of the sheckels (cash) I pulled out of the market back in late fall of '08, thanks to what I learned and was able to develop from the Dabum's highly informative T/A advisories. I try for an occasional trading scalp, which has resulted in a very small loss to my portfolio since the first of the year. Otherwise, my life this side of Eighty has been very good to me.....don't know why I took so long to get here. (G)

Good fortune to all,

Buck
