I am watching the Indiana Pension fund among others in their quest to get the government to obey the law and not allow the government to reward unsecured lenders in favor of the secured. If the Supreme Court does not undo this we no longer have contract law or rule of law. It will mark the total death of the free market in this country.

You can bet that MSFT is the center of plenty of discussions by the minions in DC. Where GM was once the largest company in the US and has utterly failed, MSFT now holds that power. They can and will move offshore depriving the US of jobs and taxes. It will devastate the Seattle area just as Detroit is in ruins. Practically everyone in the world is affected in some way by Microsoft's products. Money is power, money talks. Gates has the ability to exert plenty of pressure and can bring his friends along with him. Most technology jobs have already moved offshore.

To use a Bush word - I think those who voted for the Obamarama misunderestimated him.
