Is Ginsberg a "winger"? She seems to be interested in Obama's hatchet job paying off the unions. I'd be very surprised if the Court doesn't intercede and not only delay, but STOP this violation of the law from taking place. I doubt if Ginsberg would have done this unless she were receiving pressure from other justices to bring the case up for review. It will be a good sign if this Obama Plan to turn the very concepts on which corporate finance is built upside down. I don't think the Democracy will have been saved just yet but it is a chink in the armor of the fascists.
