I think even worse than this, he allowed the tax exemption for light "trucks" used by small businesses. It may have been well meaning when proposed, but it wasn't long before every slimy lawyer, pencil-necked accountant and sleazebag realtor was buying a Hummer, Suburban, Excursion or Escalade and using the tax break to write off almost the entire cost. Because of the way the law was written, it HAD to be one of these super-size SUV's to qualify.

This was know all through the Bush admin., but they did nothing.
