%^*($%#!!! Yesterday, my ISP had T3 problem, so I couldn't play the short side. Now comes a rally, and Datek won't let me get in on it.

Definitely. I put an order to buy CPQ at 58 just as it started it's climb. A couple minutes later it was at 62, the order should have gone through by then. Finally 15 minutes later, my market order goes through and I buy 200 shares at 67, paying $5-$9 per share more than I should have!
