Steve that just isn't fair. We could find rhetoric that extreme (or more extreme) in EITHER party. Liberals are always calling rwingers KKK folks (sometimes for good reasons, but it's still always hyperbole). We can't blame the extremists in BOTH the major parties for all nut jobs- we can only blame them for the nut jobs logically related to what they are preaching. In this case I do not agree there is a nexus- with either party. To be credible, we must first be fair. What bothers many on this thread about the RW is their complete inability to ever see the left in a fair light- or see it as non-monolithic. I do not want to see us make the same mistakes about the right- and imo this whole tangent goes that way. It just isn't logical or fair. IMO
