Steve, My ardor for the railroads has cooled considerably...this economy isn't recovering (IMO). The governor of Texas had to borrow $160m from Washington last week to keep our unemployment fund solvent. The housing market recovery is coming to a halt....rates have risen by 100 basis points over last few weeks.......construction is coming to full halt here in Texas.........but gasoline has gone up by more than 50 cents......go figure!!! Send us some cool weather.........hotter than a firecracker here in Texas.........A/C runs nearly 24/7....argh!!!!
