I definitely agree with some of your statements. In fact, I felt that they should've stated something regarding their restructure or reorg yesterday with their earnings release. They're playin' the game of a carrot dangling in front of the horse. All I can say is that while it's understandable for you to say the board should have some integrity by retaining Ed, how much patience are we supposed to have as shareholders?

Good luck to all,
Al

The delay in reporting earnings and failure to follow through on their anticipated announcement yesterday was unbelievably ham-handed. They should have just made the earnings release last Thursday according to plan. Think about how distracting this must be for employees. It looks even less like Ed is in control of the company. I think "undisputable incompetancy" is too strong, but for sure he's seen better days (and will in the future, too). It's going to be hard for him to face shareholders tomorrow without making that announcement, whatever it is. I'll bet it's only the conference call that happens Thursday morning.
