Not if they didn't earn the income. They shouldn't vote. Welfare people shouldn't vote. They have no stake in the issue except for asking for more money. The Federal and state governments have no right to take an extra pound of flesh from working people to hand it to people who don't work. Obama's stimulus package came with a clause. If a state accepted the money they could no longer request a welfare person look for work. Why was that? Just another way to keep the poor on the plantation and voting democrat.
