Sure, Wayne. Very wealthy people (ranging from Doctors to Business people to anyone with assets they fear someone might come after in a trumped-up lawsuit) OFTEN move assets offshore where the assets can be protected from claims or seizures. The Sovereign Society might be a good Web site to start at to research many of the asset protection structures that are commonly used....
