If such a thing never happened in a for profit hospital, you'd have a point. But, such things are all too common. It happens when your model is extremely labor intensive.


It was inexcusable. Inexcusable to begin with but even worse because they were warned that current procedures were inadequate and ignored the warning.

I cannot say I've ever heard of this happening before. Not saying it hasn't, but I've never heard of it.
