If you can't even affirm that God is Personal and is the Creator of the universe, then you have no business calling yourself a Christian. You will not find any official Catholic documents that deny either of these points.

Immanence is a side issue and applies to God in the "person" of Jesus (the second person of the Trinity) stepping into His own creation. Immanence from a Christian perspective, does not apply to creation in general but to Jesus the God Man. In that case Jesus is uniquely God and presumably you would agree that Jesus is a person, but then nothing you say would surprise me at this point. You sound more like a new age pseudo mystical pantheist along the lines of a Mathew Fox, (who was silenced by Rome and dismissed for teaching the kind of things you are espousing), than any kind of Christian.
