Let's not forget that SS and Medicare make up half of the federal budget. You know, the two most successful government programs according to yellow-dog Democrats like yourself. Of course, the only people you want to "punish" are those who make more money than you do, e.g. the richest 1% of Americans. There's no logic in anything you support.
