Only recently did I come to realize Tampa was as bad as it is with little improvement seen in the near term.

And the unemployment rate keeps growing... plus we're setting heat records. It was 86 degrees and 80% humidity when I took my power walk at 5 AM this morning, a heat index of 100 even.

You live 3000 miles away, how would you know?

And sales are only up because of foreclosures and short sales...the deficits of which will ultimately be dumped on the taxpayer.
