For all projects, the quality of the project is revealed by the IRR. TRX has good IRR, so it will do well. As for the stock, the key point in valuation is the fully diluted market cap of the stock versus the NPV. Again here, it is favortable. So it should do well. However, I don't see that the numbers are that high to be ranked a "best speculation". The reason is large capital costs. But that is my opinion. We all have one and on occasions, we are wrong. I may be.
