FPF burned me too...bought it last summer and
didn't dump it til mid-september. I've danced
in and out of the thing...but maybe finally it
is at the bottom. Higher volume this past
week and seems to have found bottom of 6 5/8.

The only two country cef's that I've really
followed for awhile are First Philippine Fund
and Pakistan Invesment Fund, PKF, the former
because it has to be the cheapest place to do
business in SE Asia, the latter because someday
Pakistan will grow up.

Any thoughts from you...or anybody else on
the thread? I dont follow anything in the
southern hemisphere so not too interested
in any tips down there (I just do that to
narrow the field).
