Bonnie, I beleive it was no coinance that the the dollar was pushed lower today. It had that feel, that look that it was a concerted effort on the part of the central banks when they are trying to defend or support a currency. This was a masterful job done by all of the governments involved.It cut off the flight to safety or quality, drove the bonds lower, and had the prescribed effect ... a boost to the equity markets. Today the Dow , tomorrow the gobal exchanges. Does anyone really beleive that this country which spent 50 years and countless billions of dollars defending freedom against the evil empire would stand idlely by and watched while the the major markets and capitalism collapsed?

I strongly respect this thread and your views, but don't you think you guys mightbe fighing city hall?
