lazy , lack of interest. ignorance.. all of the above.. something else... i remember employees that would not sign up for 4% contribution to company savings plan and they didn't have to give a dime. why? several just wouldn't do it.. one explanation i will not be here to be vested.. huh.. so what if you are by chance.. it doesn't cost you anything. the following year.. corporation gave the 4% with out signing up.. if you never identified a selection it went to cash. so why don't they just drop these kids from uncovered to covered and take them all out of the count... politics??
