I'm about 60 miles from Olympia. Even though we used to visit my Aunt and Uncle who lived nearby in the outskirts, I don't recall ever being in downtown Olympia. Are there any good restaurants?

Fox had a real gloom and doom report on this morning. Various states are in real bad trouble, topped out by California, then New York and New Jersey (any common thread there?). Some metropolitan areas have "Depression Like" unemployment numbers (Elkhart, IN, for example). I don't think people have any concept just how bad things could get. If the money runs out, essential services can and will be cut. And yet our governments keep spending like drunken sailors, and seem to think the answer is just to raise taxes more. I have a new sticker on my motorcycle windshield: "Obama Saved Me From Prosperity" That about says it all.
