There is no such thing in Christianity, is it? Who needs sharia when you had the Pope? also, you make something of a point by way of mentioning Arabs... rather than put it on Islam, is it not as much an issue of culture and nations, rather than the religion? India has an enormous Muslim population who live within a non-sharia land. And there are many American who want a theocracy here. They might not have something as codified as sharia, but they want the law of the land to be based on god's law, as they see it.
