Yep... the prior low is right near the 200dma. If it doesn't hold, that too may spook many people.

In layman's terms, so us real "novices" can understand. Are you saying you think that this is a H&S and that it will break the neck line. If so, you're expecting this to hit how low? Then what, straight up again, or more down.
