What are you talking about? Ejabat is the CEO last I looked. He hasn't sold any shares. There is no CFO, so how could this non-entity have sold shares?

Am I missing somethin?

james : look at a few posts before you will see that major officers including CEO CFO all sold shares since Oct 20th. do you think they are so stupid that even sell shares before a takeover happens ? They sold a very few number of shares. Most are paid with shares. Sheesh....<G> Glenn
