So what's that 'sugar alternative' you are using? It doesn't happen to be stevia, does it?

Stevia is a nifty little herb that's used as a sugar alternative. S'posed to be about 30 times as sweet as sugar. I picked up a plant at Armstrong's and have it growing in a pot. I chew on a leaf or two when I'm out watering the garden. Almost as hick as chewing on a grass stem.

So, I'm thinking that maybe a wad of stevia leaves mixed with tree bark might just be the ticket. I'll have to see how they work dried, and if they're still sweet I'll send you a lid, er, an ounce.
