"If you like her, more power to you." It's not so much a question of whether I like her or not. Like-ability is in the eye of the beholder. I've never met her or been in her presence, from what I've seen and heard there is cause for like-ability. Even reason to admire her. But so what, I'm not otherwise allied with her. I didn't vote for her and I'm not a member of her party. It has become a rather grotesque phenomenon to watch the piling on. And any objective person has to ask where the fairness in that lies and where the brutal personal persecution ends. The biggest complaints I have heard are around some campaign wisecrack about Obama hanging with terrorists. Ok, well that is a negative perspective on reality but politicians tend to do that a lot when campaigning against each other. And as those things go that one mixes in as pretty mild even compared to some of the comments from his secretary of state. Nope that doesn't pass the smell test. Or that she got an expensive wardrobe during her campaign chyaaa, the whole thing doesn't add up to one of the gowns worn by a wife of other politicians, and it's not like she did anything corrupt or illegal. You know that isn't a real complaint and if you don't, well you should. It's a nasty convenient script of sound bites and everybody else knows it. "Right wingers love Sarah. Birds of a feather ..." Well they might, I've been banned from the right wing extremist threads so I haven't gone to check it out, and I disconnected my tv a year ago. However, even if they do, so what? OK well that may be the essence of, so what. Sarah Palin gets the whip for every complaint any left winger has ever had against the right wing, as well as from the mob called the left wing extreme, just because the right wingers like her and there is nothing she could say or do or has said or done that would make a spit bit of difference in your mind? tsk ... it seems some people are finding joy in piling misery onto a relatively decent human being far beyond anything that could stand up to reason and it's highly uncalled for...unless the right wing liking her justifies it, not to my way of thinking but hey you do as you please. Ya ought to reconsider but I know you've vested far too much in it already. Frenzied sharks don't question the smell of blood, they thrive on it...probably seems right and good while they're in the midst of it.
