I am not that quite as smart as most of you on the thread. i was in oakt at 4 1/2 last year when it was hit with three suits. Four days after the thrird suit was filed the stock hit 11 3/4. like I said I'm not as smart and sold when the third suit hit. They'll bury me with these shares.

Paul,

Quite frankly, my belief about CTYS has gone awry!! I have made several posts here writing positives, negatives and risks of investing in CTYS. I have lost big and many here also have lost. I really apologize anyone who bought CTYS and lost as a result of my posts, although invariably I have posted both sides and the trigger point for bailing out as I did at a big loss. Thus, please do not follow my opinion. I am sure you will apply your own judgement, but I am cautioning in case you tend to trust my analysis, forgetting the assumptions behind the analysis.

You can see the past posts in this thread to get a glimpse of the facts as CTYS unfolded in my eyes from $11 1/4 when I entered its doors, averaging down and finally selling to a loss.

I have made an entry again, but with the advise of my family I bought a few shares. I was so depressed when the price hit 1.5 that I could not fathom if my last round of judgement failed me again. I now wish I bought more with hind sight at 1.5. But, this time I did not sell believing that there is some trick in the news release where no plaintiff is named yet. Quite frankly, I could not have bought at 1.5 because Datek was quoting differently (higher prices and lower volumes) than the market on Quote.com.

In short, I believe one would be lucky to get these shares again below $2. But, I was wrong before and could be wrong this time too. The added element in my conviction this time is simply the trading pattern: blocks bought versus sold. Is this TA? I never believed in TA. But, I can guess something from the trading pattern which helped me bail out a lost faster than I could have done otherwise!!
