Intsead of participating in the lawsuit, why don't we just ask Cityscape to write us all a 125% loan at 7% interest.We'll get something out this and they still will make a 1% profit on the money the borrowed from B S. We small investers
won't win anything from these lawsuits anyway.

Seriously; does anyone know why the EPS haven't been re-estimated.
Zacks still has it in the 50's with 3 strong buys by the analysts; or is this standard practice??????????????.
