All politicians are narcissistic to some degree. If you want someone who it is easy to fit into a diagnosis of pathological narcissim, listen to Obama for a while. He can't not talk about himself; he can't not collect applause.

According to this guy, Sarah Palin didn't accomplish anything as governor. But according to most other accounts, she did.
